Media and privacy

Leveson inquiry is a good example of the media and compromising the privacy of people with the phone hacking scandal.

However there have been laws that have been placed to protect privacy, from the media and super injunctions placed to stop the media printing certain things. Yet sometimes even these still don't help end the story but instead causes it to be revealed.

However in relation to celebrities, as soon as they access fame privacy is something that is forfeited with the media following them around everywhere, yet it is to be expected.
